What happens after you write
Send your request in any supported language and keep the email thread for follow-up. We may ask for the minimum additional details needed to understand the issue or verify an account request. Response time depends on the request and any applicable legal deadline; this page does not offer live chat, telephone support or a guaranteed response time. Check your spam folder if you are waiting for a reply. Do not use this mailbox for emergencies.
Report an error
Email the page URL, code or passage in question, the selected release and a supporting official source. We compare the report with that source and correct confirmed errors. Material editorial corrections should identify what changed and when. Please omit patient details and passwords.
Accessibility feedback
Tell us the page or feature, your device and browser, and the assistive technology involved if relevant. Describe what you expected and what prevented you from completing the task. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical history. We use this feedback to investigate access barriers and can discuss an alternative way to obtain the relevant information.
Information you send to support
Emailing us shares your address, message and any attachments with our support mailbox and email providers. We use them to investigate, respond and keep a record of the outcome. Send only what is needed: a page URL, app or browser version, and a description. Remove personal details from screenshots. We never need your password, one-time sign-in code, full payment-card details or a patient record.
