Editorial standards and sources

How ICD Code Hub distinguishes official classification text from original explanations, identifies review limits and handles corrections.

Publisher and contact

ICD Code Hub is operated by Pluginfinity LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States. Contact support@icd10codehub.com for support, corrections or privacy requests. The site is independent of CDC, CMS and WHO and is not endorsed by those organizations.

Official wording and original explanations

Official classification titles and instructions retain their source wording and attribution. Our explanations, navigation aids and guides are separate publisher content, prepared with AI assistance. Primary-source links support classification claims. We do not claim professional certification or independent specialist review where none has occurred.

Reference use and review limits

The website provides educational reference information. It does not diagnose conditions, select a patient-specific code or guarantee payment. Verify the applicable official guidelines, encounter documentation and local requirements. Original launch guides have not been independently reviewed by a credentialed clinical coding specialist. Do not submit patient names, clinical records or other identifiable patient information.

Publication and release dates

A publication date is not an effective date. FY2027 ICD-10-CM takes effect on October 1, 2026; the April FY2026 edition covers April 1 through September 30, 2026. Select the edition applicable to the setting and date. Article dates change for substantive revisions, not merely to appear recent.

Nine interface languages

English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Chinese, Russian and Turkish are supported for the interface and these publisher guides. Official US ICD-10-CM titles and instructions remain in English. WHO titles use the available official language tabulation; missing translations are marked. The journal's detailed articles currently remain in English. Interface and publisher-page translations are prepared with AI assistance and are not official classification translations.

Report an error

Email the page URL, code or passage in question, the selected release and a supporting official source. We compare the report with that source and correct confirmed errors. Material editorial corrections should identify what changed and when. Please omit patient details and passwords.

Quality before monetization

Only individually reviewed original editorial pages should be considered for the initial ad inventory. A page needs useful explanations, supporting sources and clear responsibility for its content. Reference-data duplication, extra translations or legal pages alone do not establish advertising eligibility. AdSense approval is decided by Google; the site does not claim approval before it is granted.
