Agreement and scope
These terms govern your use of ICD Code Hub and its related account services provided by Pluginfinity LLC. Use the service only if you can lawfully accept these terms; account holders and newsletter subscribers must be at least 18. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. The privacy policy explains personal-data handling; accepting these terms is not consent to optional advertising, tracking or marketing.
Publisher and contact
ICD Code Hub is operated by Pluginfinity LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States. Contact support@icd10codehub.com for support, corrections or privacy requests. The site is independent of CDC, CMS and WHO and is not endorsed by those organizations.
Medical and professional limits
ICD Code Hub is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. It is not a substitute for a qualified professional, the official classification, clinical documentation or applicable coding rules. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions. Do not use this service for emergencies, clinical decision automation or patient management. Classification browsing does not establish a clinician–patient relationship.
Reference use and review limits
The website provides educational reference information. It does not diagnose conditions, select a patient-specific code or guarantee payment. Verify the applicable official guidelines, encounter documentation and local requirements. Original launch guides have not been independently reviewed by a credentialed clinical coding specialist. Do not submit patient names, clinical records or other identifiable patient information.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use only accounts you are authorized to access and protect your credentials. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, send unsolicited communications or upload identifiable patient information. Automated access must respect access controls, rate limits and applicable source licenses. Marketing subscription is optional and is not required to use the public reference.
Permission to use the service
You may use the service for lawful personal, educational or professional reference, subject to these terms and the licenses attached to source materials. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize resale of our application, impersonation of the publisher, or removal of attribution. Restrictions do not override rights granted by law or an applicable open-source or classification license. You remain responsible for how you apply reference information in your work.
Ownership and attribution
Pluginfinity LLC owns its original application, brand and publisher materials. Official classifications and source files remain subject to their publishers' terms and attribution. WHO material is identified with its applicable license. A link or download does not transfer rights or permit removal of source attribution. Advertising does not imply publisher or source endorsement.
Apple App Store and Google Play
Store-specific provisions apply only if you obtain an available ICD Code Hub edition through that store. For an Apple download, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a separate custom license is supplied in the listing; these website terms do not purport to replace it. Google Play downloads are also subject to the applicable Google Play terms. Pluginfinity LLC is the application provider and contact for its content and support. Distribution does not imply endorsement by Apple or Google.
Pricing, purchases and subscriptions
The current web reference does not offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced, the offer must show the price, billing period, renewal terms, trial conditions and cancellation method before you agree. Store purchases, if available, use the identified store’s payment, subscription-management and refund processes and applicable consumer rights. Uninstalling an app or deleting an ICD Code Hub account does not itself cancel a store subscription; manage any subscription with the store that bills you.
Third-party services and source content
External source sites, sign-in providers, app stores and linked services operate under their own terms. We do not control their availability or subsequent changes. Read the destination’s conditions before submitting information or making a transaction. Ads, if introduced, must be identifiable and must not change official coding text or editorial decisions. Report an unsafe link, misleading advertisement or suspected rights infringement with its URL and enough detail to investigate.
Ending use, suspension and appeals
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through the linked instructions. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or a legal requirement. Where feasible and lawful, we explain the reason and allow you to contact support to challenge a mistake. Suspension is not account deletion and does not remove privacy rights. Provisions concerning source rights, accrued obligations and lawful limitations continue where relevant after use ends.
Availability and limitations
We work to maintain accurate links and useful reference information, but errors, interruptions and release changes can occur. Verify sources before relying on a result. Planned and preview features are labeled and may change. The service makes no promise of a particular coding, reimbursement or search-ranking outcome. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Warranties and responsibility
Except for obligations that cannot legally be excluded, the reference is provided as available without a promise that every entry is complete, current or suitable for a particular decision. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on reference information or interruptions. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be limited, and nothing removes mandatory consumer remedies.
Questions, disputes and interpretation
Contact support@icd10codehub.com with the issue and the outcome you seek so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or waive rights to a regulator, court or consumer remedy available under applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. Translations are provided for accessibility; ask us to clarify inconsistencies. Mandatory rights under the law that applies to you take priority over conflicting wording.
Changes to these notices
We update these pages when the service, data practices or terms materially change and display the revision date. Review the current notice when using a newly introduced feature. Contact us if a translated passage is unclear; official classification wording remains authoritative for the classification itself.
