Advertising and third-party data
Advertising is not active in this version. If activated later, Google and other advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons and process IP addresses or device information to serve and measure ads. We must first update this notice and provide the required consent and privacy choices. Search terms, saved codes and account data must not be sent as advertising targeting parameters. Health interests must not be used to build personalized advertising audiences.
Content and advertising stay distinct
Future ads must be clearly labeled and separated from coding instructions, search controls, navigation and download buttons. Account, authentication, empty-result and error pages are excluded. Ads must not obstruct content or encourage accidental clicks. Medical reference pages and unreviewed content are excluded from the initial ad inventory. Advertising cannot influence official wording, release labels or corrections.
Quality before monetization
Only individually reviewed original editorial pages should be considered for the initial ad inventory. A page needs useful explanations, supporting sources and clear responsibility for its content. Reference-data duplication, extra translations or legal pages alone do not establish advertising eligibility. AdSense approval is decided by Google; the site does not claim approval before it is granted.
Before advertising is enabled
Advertising requires a configured publisher account, policy review and an appropriate consent platform. For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google requires a certified consent management platform for its publisher products. Privacy choices must be accessible and consent can be withdrawn through the configured platform. A custom cookie button alone is not a substitute for that integration.
